really brilliant hosts, Marko and his dad. Close to the sea by walking or car (3 min away from "Plaža Borova šuma" - one of the best walk by the coast in the Adriatic Sea), big parking space, beautiful building, little market accross the street, the street connects you to the whole ulqin, very comfortable and stylish apartment, very polite cleaning ladies, safe and easy access to the elevator. I mean it. And we were in February, imagine in the summern we can also use the beach!

Beautiful and brand new building and the room was a high quality room with amazing views of the ocean. This place will always be my first choice. The staff was amazing from the reception to the cleaning crew and even the managers which were very helpful and friendly making me feel like at home.
Space, good taste of designer, two separate bathrooms/toilets - ideal for a family with 3 kids, good working and modern equipment, good arrangement including separated leisure area, close parking lot.
I really loved the hotel – it’s cozy, modern and striking at first glance.
The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. The superb renovation highlights the thoughtful design, creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation.
Our trip was extremely comfortable thanks to the high level of service. We will definitely stay here again!
