Расположение неплохое, все достаточно ровно.
Минус в том, что кондиционер был только в 1 ой комнате (основной). Одна комнат почти совсем без окон (без проветривания), грязновато при заезде (повторно мыли посуду, полы, санузел). В общем и целом соотношение цена-качество работает. Наверное если бы мы заплатили на 15%-20% ниже, то вышеперечисленные минусы были бы логичными.
