Everything at Pedja Zec was great! The room was clean and as described! The view from the balcony was stunning, we could see all of Budva! Seka showed us to our room and made us feel right at home. It was like we were staying at our aunts house!! Will be staying here again, and recommending to friends!
We stayed at this apartment for one night and were very pleased with our choice. From the very beginning, our holiday went according to the best scenario thanks to the hospitality of the hostess. We were lucky - upon arrival, she offered us a more spacious and comfortable room than we expected.
The location of the apartment was also very convenient - close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything you need for a perfect holiday was literally at hand.
We would like to express special thanks to the hostess for her care and attention to our needs. She was always in touch and ready to help with any questions. This level of service and friendliness really made our stay special.
Warm welcome from the owner of the property, Seka Zec. She showed me the room, explained everything, registered me, that is required for a tourist, gave useful information about living in Budva. The room was clean, things worked properly (air conditioner, windows, bed was good).

the place is so good. staff is so friendly. Seka, owner of place, is so helpful and friendly. explained everything and helped. terrace room well equiped, and has private bathroom. there are hairdryer, kettle, glasses in the room. room has awesome view to the sea, city and mountains. there is big market next to hotel. also lady is cleaning rooms and changing towels everyday. bed, sheet, bathroom is clean.
terrace is good for sunbathing. there is small fridge in the room.
they asked before we arrive, if we need any parking space.
all in all, good place with good communication.
