Perfect location for a relaxed stay around Kotor. The apartment has all the facilities you may need. The view from the balcony is quite good. We had a private parking as well. The host Vladimir is responsive and friendly.
The town of Prancj is peaceful and the views from the apartment balcony are beautiful. Vladimir recommended the restaurant below on the bay and it was fabulous. The apartment was well laid out , had a washing machine, and lots of kitchen equipment, even a sushi rolling mat! The bathroom had a shower with a door, a rarity in Albania and Montenegro.
- location is great, few meters from the beach, great view from the balcony
- super clean, great bed and pillows, AC, spacious
- well equipped kitchen, everything you need is there
- Vladimir , the owner, is very friendly and helpfull
The house, location and view are wonderful. Clean, quiet and very well furnished. Just bring your bag and come.
If I come to Kotor again, I will come to see Vladmir.
You should make a reservation here just to meet and chat with Vladmir. :) He is an incredible person. A Ship Captain who has traveled all over the world, he is both very helpful and very humble in every respect.

Me and my wife highly recommend this place since it’s very clean, very well organized, close to sea, close to Kotor, markets. And the owner Vladimir is a really great person. He is very supportive and kind.
