The view from the top floor is unforgettable, one of the best spots on the entire coast. This is one of the best examples of a bygone era of socialist mass tourism. It is smoothly situated in the environment, with a lot of common spaces, and a direct approach to the only remaining stony beaches of Ulcinj that remained low key and calm. The staff is friendly and capable and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Honestly, a gem of Montenegro's coast.

We liked the overall atmosphere of this gem hotel.

Location of hotel is perfect. Very quiet area with perfect air and natural shadow and nice beach on rocks. Parking available. Room and bathroom furniture is old, but everything else is ok and clean as much as it an be cleaned. Reception area is huge and looks very retro and cool. Food is also good and overall for this value i don't see point for bad reviews, so i can recommend this hotel.

Very polite and professional staff. Very cozy, big rooms, great view from the terrace. It has a bit of that socialist brutalist look to it, but I really loved it.
