Right next to a forest, Castellamare is located in village Petrovac na Moru, 295 feet from the beach of the Adriatic Sea. It offers air-conditioned accommodations with a balcony overlooking the sea and free Wi-Fi in each unit. Each apartment and studio is traditionally furnished and has a kitchenette with kitchenware and a refrigerator. Mosquito nets, wooden floors and a private bathroom are provided as well. The apartment is huge, there is plenty of space. The view from the balcony is amazing.
The owner is super nice and responsive.
BTW -if you are looking to invest in this country-this building is for sale and it is big!
