Nice, safe and calm neighborhood!
The apartament was lovely and we felt like home.
It has everything you need. It is spacious and had a lovely balcony.
The location is perfect. Close to the bus station (20 mins on foot) and close to the stores and shopping malls.

Building is newer and very clean. The unit is also very clean with nice finishes in the bathroom and floors. It is also decorated nicely.
