It is a very nice place to stay. On the one hand it is very close to the city - 5 minutes driving and you are in the centre. Big grocery stores and some restaurants are in the walking distance. On the other hand the location is quiet and peaceful, you can feel the nature there. The host's little farm really helps you with that. It is so sweet when every now and then some hens, roosters and geese walk by your door.
The hosts are so nice people! They are always there to help you and give any kind of advice about the area. What is important, they speak good English.
The breakfast that they provide for a reasonable price is quite simple, but extremely delicious, since it is made of the freshest ingredients from their farm.
Superkind hosts, pretty cottages in wonderful area. Delicious breakfasts! We highly recommend this very nice accomodation.
Lots of equipment for children. Little Maxim (4 years old) said that he loves the place so much, that he would love to live there!
Opportunity to stay near the beach and still expirience a little bit of village life!

Very friendly and hospitable hosting family that welcomed us warmly. The environment is nice, laid-back, and in nature, which helps you to relax. In the huts, there is a kitchen that is well equipped, and there is tea, coffee, and sugar. The breakfast is homemade and is tasty with the products of the farm. It is a very nice place for the kids to play as there are swings, a seesaw, and other toys. You can enjoy being outside in the garden when the weather is good. Our daughter played with the sweet daughter of the hosts and when we left, our daughter got some small presents which was very kind of them. It was the first time we stayed in such a house, and it was quite a unique experience!
Die Cottages sind super, wirklich großartig. Aber am besten ist für Kinder einfach der ruhige Platz (aber nur 3min von Ulcinj) mit den Tieren und dem riesigen Spielplatz. Es gibt alles: Ponyreiten, Hüpfburg, Trampolin, Swimmingpool, und natürlich Schaukeln, Elektroautos zum Fahren und noch viel mehr. Fazit: Für Kinder ein Paradies!
