Superb. Maximum comfort with class, impeccably clean, and my special commendation goes to the lovely and friendly hosts who go out of their way to be at hand. Palazzo Uniqato is a Mediterranean-style house at the seafront, carefully and tastefully adapted to meet all your needs, and at the same time to preserve the heritage and historical significance of the place. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance, the sea is clean and warm, Tivat airport and Tivat town are a short drive away. Historical towns of Kotor, Perast, and Risan (with several must-see sites) are easily reachable. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely go back.

Great location! It is a beautiful village, a historic house, and a nice clean apartment with a small kitchen and spacious bathroom. The house is 500 years old, renovated, and impeccably maintained by the owners. A few meters from the house is a private dock and steps into the sea. It is not a beach but is quiet and good enough for swimming. There are plenty of beaches nearby. But the best part of this stay was the host family. They were extremely nice and helpful in every way possible.

We had an excellent stay! We are a couple that stayed for a week together with our teenage daughter. The location and view are breathtaking! Just a few steps to the private pier and the wonderful Kotor bay. We also enjoyed the elevated terass with sunbeds, that we experienced as very peaceful even though the small road was running right beneath. (Not much traffic.) The apartment is spacious, very clean and with nice, big comfortable beds. The host family is incredible hospitable, kind and welcoming. They are doing absolutely everything to make you feel comfortable and allowing you the space to fully unwind. If you are considering a calm, comfortable stay in Kotor bay with easy access to other sights, Palazzo Uniqato seafront is an excellent choice!

Stoliv… paradise in the Boka of Kotor. Pallazo Uniqato Seafront is historic appartments I would like to recommend to anyone. Hospitable owners- beautiful people. Comfortable, luxurious accommodation, where you will wake up to the sound of the sea and birds chirping… On the way to the beautiful, private beach you’ll be surrounded by the scents of jasmine flowers. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful sunrise and even more beautiful sunset. We can’t wait to return to this gorgeous place again. I hope you will also enjoy this pearl.

We were so happy not only for the stay @Pallazo Uniqato Seafront but even more to get to know those warm hearted hosts ♥️ they made all our dreams come true like getting more coffee, doing a boat trip and so on. Everything was sooooo clean and cosy. we actually didn’t want to go back home. Thank you for everything 🐚 those few days were super special for us!
