The hotel corresponds to the description, recently built. All equipment is in excellent condition. Near 2 beaches, shop, restaurant. The owner is very friendly.

We had some very comfortable and nice couple of nights at Perla apartments. It's a completely new building and the apartment looks like the pictures, clean with all the amenities you would need, big balcony with a view and private parking, very important in Petrovac. Everything is close by, the beaches, the promenade with cafes and restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot and a supermarket is just around the corner. Milo, the owner, is very hospitable, proactive and helpful with anything one needs. Highly recommended! Ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία!

I recently stayed at Perla and had a truly delightful experience. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station in a peaceful neighborhood. Despite its quiet setting, it’s incredibly convenient for reaching the central beach and the promenade, which are just a short stroll away. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, making it a pleasant place to stay. Everything inside is new and well-maintained, from the modern furniture to the appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Additionally, the balcony was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. The overall comfort and cleanliness of the apartment made it feel like a home away from home. The host is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had during our stay. The hospitality made our experience even better.
