Incredible hotel. Staff were amazing. Room was perfect.
Hotel was near everything but also on a quiet street. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was also amazing. The rooms were super clean. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. This hotel would not disappoint if you are debating on staying here please book definitely a 5 star hotel.

Location, quality, comfortable, extra clean, nicest staff from reception and concierge guys. I liked the free mini bar idea. It was minimum but nice touch two bottles of fine juices and sparkling water everyday beside the two bottles of water every day. They also brought additional two bottles of water each evening.
The suite was very spacious and the bathroom too! It was a modern hotel that opened since 3 years only but all the staff were experienced and welcoming. The room service was good (even though they don’t speak English which made it difficult at some time to get our request and comments) The breakfast had a lot of options that suits all tastes. The location is perfect at the old town of Prague , all places were easily reachable. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.
