It is an amazing hotel in very good area near downtown by foot but if you want to take public trans opposite the hotel you can find a metro station, a tram station and finally a bus station to transfer you to the airport in 45 min! Nothing.

The hotel is modern and functional, fast lifts, lots of breakfast area, rooms architecturally well designed. Receptionist was professional, breakfast at the weekend until 11 am, the possibility to electronically check out, order a pillow or room service. Hotel right next to metro. The room was cold. I would like to feel comfortable at the hotel and not feel cold !!! It was even colder in the executive hub! In addition, there was refreshment only from 17-19, but it is not written anywhere. At breakfast: no pancakes or waffles; staff unsmiling, unsympathetic. In the bathroom there is a dirty faucet at the sink, a malfunctioning mechanism in the sink.

- great location, most sites in walking distance (approx. 30 min.) but Andel is also a major public transport hub (metro, trams) - nice rooms, very stylish (though you realize stylish is not always practical) - shopping mall, movie theater and some restaurants just across the street - there was some really loud construction work that started at breakfast time - ventilation is a) rather loud and b) wakes you with the smell of coffee and toasted bread (though b) could be regarded as plus...) - the price for the sauna seems rather high (15 € per person per night)
