Flat is very well equipped and perfectly located. You can hit a trail right away.
The child-friendliness, the fact that it was well equipped, the location (nature). You have ski slopes at the doorstep. Our kid is a train fan so the fact that you can see the train crossing from the terasse was a great plus for us.
