The flat is in good location, there is enough space for parking. It has big balcony and generally it is very good place to stay for couple of days. Yes, Old Town is 2-3 km away, but you can take Bolt if you want to have beer in center.
The apartment came with a self-catering cooktop and fridge - we made our own breakfasts. There's a large Billa nearby, but we generally shopped in town. The location was conveniently near a tram stop with two lines serving it (Pionyrska). It was easy to get to the Old Town (about 17 minutes by tram) and the tram stop was easily reached by a short walk from the apartment.
