Spacious, clean, very new, close to the tram and bakery - everything you need. Free parking. It’s a very good option if you’re coming to Prague by car.
I had an exceptional experience! She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. She even met us before to hand over the keys, which was incredibly thoughtful. Anytime I had a question, she promptly answered the phone and was always helpful.
The facilities are fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better. Just in front of the building, there’s convenient access to public transportation and a variety of shops, including ones that are open even on weekends. Everything you need is right in one place. Highly recommended!

New big flat with big balcony. Very clean and sunny.... :) Very nice and helping host. Parking space available in the garage. Highly recommended while visiting Praha!!
