I stayed in the small room in the attic. It's a perfect place if you're traveling solo and need a quiet, comfortable, private place to sleep. There's enough air from the window and the temperature in the room at night was just fine despite the heat.
The location, not in the center of Prague but at 20 minutes by tram far from the heart of the city, good public connection and transportation, free inside parking, easy check-in and check-out, quiet place nice staff.
