Great location in a nice part of Santiago
Modern rooms and great breakfast

The hotel is located in a safe area. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was amazing - "rain" type shower head. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We liked this place very much. It had everything we needed at a very good price.
We stayed here two times in a short period. We were upgraded to an apartment on our first stay and we booked it on our second stay. The apartment was modern and spacious, with a small kitchenette. Bathroom is a decent size. It all looks new. Staff is friendly and helpful, and most of them speak english well. Location is very good in a lively area of Santiago.
Great place and a great location. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, always available to answer questions that I had. Helped me book a taxi to the airport. Restaurant and bar staff especially friendly.
