Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

• Fee for continental breakfast: CLP 8000 for adults and CLP 8000 for children (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: CLP 23000 per vehicle (one way)
• Self parking fee: CLP 7000 per night
• Early check-in fee: CLP 14997 (subject to availability)
• Late check-out fee: CLP 15000 (subject to availability)

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

Furthermore, the tax may apply per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest.
