Very clean, neat and new apartment. We had everything that we needed for our two-days stay: air-conditioning, big bed, coffee machine, fridge and nice shower. Our host sent us locations of great coffee shop with nice desserts and amazing restaurant with local cuisine. The neighborhood was quite safe, close to the supermarket and a park.
Concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. Dud not speak English, and we didn't speak Spanish, but we used a Translate app and everything was fine. The room was great, comfy bed, good batbroom, simple kitchen facilities in apartment which was more than enough for our 2 night quick visit. View was very nice - could easily see mountains around Santiagio.
Most important thing for us was that it was quiet 🤫, no traffic noise could be heard outside. Although when we arrived in the afternoon, a resident in an apartment 2 doors from the one we were using was listening to loud music and smoking weed - we told the concirge staff and they visited the apartment with a decibel metre and took a video (presumably to inform their boss) and used air freshener to get rid of the weed smell- a great resolution.
Fully equipped and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a few days stay. It is good size for two people. Location is in walking distance to the city center (at least for us) or you can use nearby metro station. There are pubs, restaurants and shops around.

Super atentos con todo, muy amables, y muy dispuestos a ayudarte con todo lo que necesitabas
(ni que hablar que la vista a las montañas era fascinante!) Vamos a volver, sin dudas!!
