Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.
Chilean citizens will be charged an additional 19% value added tax. Please note that foreign guests do not need to pay this tax if they show their passports, immigration cards (issued within 90 days), and a non-Chilean credit card.
