It was a wonderful stay. From the staff to the facilities.
The room (really an apartment) was enormous and well over what we expected for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I was treated like family by Ugo,Suli,and Carlos.In all my many travels I have never experienced anything like this.
THE STAFF WERE SO AMAZING AT THIS HOTEL. All of the staff made my family and i feel so welcomed, comfortable and overall cared for. It felt like they were family or old friends that we had known for years and they did absolutely everything they could to help us all while being super warm and kind. The facilities were also great, the kids loved the pool and sports area, and the breakfast every morning was always super delicious! I would like to thank the staff Hugo, Sully, Carlito and Alberto for the exceptional service they provided us during our stay. We cannot wait to come back and stay at the Grand Cru Boutique again, we would choose this place over anywhere else!
