Great location- quiet little street with some convenient restaurants. The hotel staff were really helpful, assisting us with booking a day trip, and providing a snack breakfast as we had to leave early. Lovely room with a big comfy bed. Also a lovely relaxing living room area and outdoor courtyard. Perfect for our first night in Santiago- wished we could have stayed longer.

Excellent hotel in a great area. Everything about the hotel was first rate. The staff were helpful and made our stay a pleasure. Breakfast was really good and the rooms were exceptionslly clean and well appointed. I highly recommend both the hotel and the surrounding area which has a number of very good restaurants

The staff is above and beyond friendly and helpful. They were so sweet with our baby. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic! The location is also 10/10. We loved it here so much.

I like a lot the kindness of the staff, the decoration and style of the hotel, cleanness and the excellent location.

Very nice breakfast with fresh fruit and a variety of offerings. Lovely to sit in garden and enjoy. Honesty bar was a great way to take a break after a day out and about. Manager was able to extend our stay by 1/2 day due to late night flight departure. Highly recommend arranging this ahead of time. Location could not be better. Quiet street but plenty of restaurants and parks nearby. Would highly receommend.
