it's location is absolutely great: close to the metro; bus stations; main streets; shopping mall; restaurants; I've seen some people complaning about breakfast, but it was very nice as well. Staff is very polite and raedy to help.

Really great value and terrific location. A solid 3.5 star and compliments to the concierge, cleaners and front desk staff. They were attentive, accommodating and were 4 star!

Breakfast is exceptional. Every day fresh fruits in season, scrambled eggs, ham and cheese platter, two or three types of bread and sweets. Personnel is very courteous and friendly. Our room was very spacious. It had a medium-sized refrigerator bar which fit our store bought items comfortably. It also had a small table and chairs and a desk. The shower was quite good. So was cleanliness throughout the hotel. It is so well located. Steps from the subway and a large store that sells all kinds of goods including clothing. Quite near the Costanera Center which is a large mall that is very popular and carries both cheaper goods and designer fashions.
