Отель Hotel Los Habaneros, Картена, Чили

I liked the location, overall the hotel was good, no real complaints, just slight bits and pieces of neglect. Just little things were disappointing. You wouldn’t even think about one alone but several were inconvenient: we booked a room with a double bed and received a confirmation. However the room had 2 single beds divided by a little cupboard. I went down to ask whether we could move the cupboard and the telephone. The reception saw the confirmation for a double bed and could have told us, as it has happens in other hotels. Then the reception forgot to give us the WIFI vouchers, so I had to get down again and ask for them. Also cracked tiles in the bathroom, the laminate of the door comes off in several places, the bathroom door only opens towards the inside. When somebody slips he cannot be attended to as the door cannot be opened.

Все понравилось. Персонал дружелюбный. Очень вкусная и разнообразная еда в ресторане. Отличное месторасположение. Рекомендую!
