Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

Please note that guests must ask for the sauna and hot tub 24 hour in advance. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption and the payment must be done in USD or euros in cash to be eligible. Guests who are not able to present both documents or pay in cash in the allowed currency will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
