TOP Location , very helpful and friendly staff. Much product varieties for breakfast.
A very convenient location in Reñaca, close to the restaurants and the beach.
Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. The staff was excellent. Shout out to Gabriel at the bar/restaurant. He made sure we were well taken cared of. The pool is heated and indoors, so, despite the cold weather, we were able to enjoy it. In addition, the staff in the cafeteria were very attentive to our needs. Shout out to them as well.
Very spacious room, great view, clean, lots of storage space, all staff very kind and accommodating. They let us store our bags before check in, and also after check out before our shuttle came to get us.
