Parking sur place. Rooms are big enough for a few nights but without a kettle and a minibar or small fridge are nowadays completely outdated. Some investment is needed to meet today's travellers expectations.

The staff went above and beyond to help us and make us comfortable, They were always friendly and happy to help

This building seems to actually be meant to be a hotel, so that compared to the other places I've stayed in Santiago, this is more comfortable. It has an elevator, it has good air condition, it has big windows and bright rooms, it has a stable wifi - none of these are a given, haha. The Japanese theme gives the place a bit of personality, too, and the surrounding area is really nice.

Quite close to the metro station, safe location. Hotel is great and comfy.

The two young men that looked after reception are exceptional and all the other staff also very good from cleaning staff through to the people working in the kitchen Obviously the owner runs a very good business but has installed into his staff a very professional but friendly way of working Seriously if you are looking for a place to stay this hotel is very underrated in my opinion well worth 9 star due to the friendly welcome you get Thank you and if I get back to Santiago i will stay with you again
