Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In order to avoid disturbing other guests, this property does not allow loud noises, music or social events at night time. Noises are not allowed from Sunday to Thursday after 00:00, and on Friday and Saturday after 02:00. This rule applies unless we recieve a specific complaint from another guest. If there is a group activity that gathers consent from the property and all guests, the noise/event can last longer.
