Innanzitutto la cortesia e disponibilità del titolare, che ha anche spostato la sua auto x permetterci di parcheggiare proprio innanzi all'ingresso. Le stanze sono solo per ospiti singoli, modeste ma pulite. Bagno piccolo ma comoda doccia. C'è un locale ristoro a disposizione degli ospiti incluso caffè e tè in qualsiasi momento
