Buffet breakfast was excellent. Great food variety, staff friendly & courteous.

The front desk staff, wait staff and pool staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great views of the Andes, the park of Cerro San Cristobal, and the city from my room!

I was surprised and pleased by the crafts shop on the floor below the lobby, which was staffed by a very knowledgeable man who I believe had curated the items being sold. There were some absolutely beautiful textiles and ceramics made in Chile, so I was happy to be able to buy a few gifts there.

I also liked the backyard area--I was a little unwell my first couple days and couldn't leave the hotel to go sightseeing, but I was well enough to leave my room and sit outside a bit, and it was nice to see some of the local birds.

Finally, I massively appreciate that the staff was able to accommodate my request for late check-out on the day of my flight.

It was a nice hotel with all the amenities and staff let me check in early after a long flight!
