These apartments are managed by Resort Choice. Check in and collection of the keys must be done at Resort Choice Mar Menor office (not at the property).

The office is open:

Winter

10:00h - 18:00h Monday to Saturday.

Summer (July and August)

10:00h - 20:00h Monday to Saturday.

10:00h - 18:00h Sunday

For key collection outside of office hours, your keys will be left in the key lock box located on the left side of the Resort Choice office.

To access the keys you will need to enter the last 4 digits of your booking reference.

Turn the handle clockwise to open. Inside will be an envelope with your name on it, inside will be directions to the property and the keys.

Please remember to close the door and turn the handle back anti clockwise once finished to lock the box.

In case of emergency or assistance outside of hours, please call the emergency number provided on the booking confirmation.

A valid credit card and photo I.D. are required at check-in. If you are collecting keys outside of office hours, to comply with Spanish law, you must present your photo I.D. and credit card at the office on the next working day.

In order to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit to the credit card provided during the booking process. This will be fully refunded once the condition of the apartment has been approved.
