Staff absolutely fantastic, reception did printing favor which wasn't that easy but persisted. Resterant staff served me with out trouble when I asked for room service.

Everything was brand new/newly renovated and very clean. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast was great. And the bed was very comfortable. It was also a quick 10min walk across the river to Brig.

It’s stylish and staff we’re very helpful, especially Marco was a character I’ll never forget! And the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The room is very nice, and probably among the nicest across all the other options in the region for the price. Everything inside is clean and modern. The room provides free coffee and even beer! Some tea bags would have been nice in addition, though. The reception was welcoming and helpful. Bathroom is also more than fine (perhaps the commenters complaining about its size had a different room layout). The hotel is a good spot to stay if you're planning a quick visit to the mountains in the south and continuing your journey the next day.
