The hotel was super easy to get to from Interlaken, and once we arrived, we were given a card to use for free public transportation around the area. This was really helpful! We were also given a list of activities and excursions in the area for which we could get discounts as guests of the hotel. The staff were so welcoming and kind, and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel after checking out while we hiked during the day. Our room had a small balcony and the view of the mountains from there was stunning. The hotel is just a short walk from Schynige Platte train station, where you can take the train up the mountain, or to other locations like Grindelwald.

Nice clean rooms. Great view of the Swiss Alps mountains. Very courteous and helpful staff. Beautiful Garden in the back.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Room was clean ,view was slice of heaven.

Breakfast was very good. Room was small but clean, quiet, with great view of gardens and mountains. Location was ideal, near train station and town center. Staff was very nice. The gardens were beautiful!

Loved everything specially the backyard, so beautiful!
