Location is good - close to the train station and downtown, however it requires a bit of summit. Still it’s a calm place with a fantastic view on Matterhorn. All the facilities are in very good condition. The space is not huge but enough to accommodate 3 ppl in separate bedrooms. Host is very helpful and positive gentleman.
The host is very friendly and fast repose. He helps to carry my friend’s luggage to the house(about 15 staircase), but stay in the apartment is still worthwhile with good window view Manhattan and 10mins walk from train stn and good kitchen facilities.
The condo is very newly renovated, well equipped kitchen, bedroom are adequate for 3 people. Location is also just a short walk from everything whether the train station, funicular or supermarket

Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Terrasse von der aus man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Matterhorn hat. Auf der Terrasse kann man Abends gemütlich essen und den Abend geniessen. Das Quartier ist sehr ruhig und nicht mitten in den Touristenströmen. Perfekt für ein bisschen Bergdorf-Feeling mitten in Zermatt. Wir haben lecker gekocht und gefrühstückt, sogar ein Fondue gemacht. ACHTUNG, die Ruhe muss man sich zu Fuss erarbeiten.
