Der Ausblick, die gute Ausstattung und dass es nicht überrenoviert ist, sondern der historische 70er Jahre Charme wo möglich erhalten (blaue Fliesen im Bad). Es ist super hell, gut angebunden und nah an Wald und Spazierwegen.
