La posizione è perfetta, sia per sciare a Corvatsch, che per raggiungere Sankt Moritz con lo Ski Bus. Gli impianti di Corvatsch si possono raggiungere tramite il campo scuola o con la navetta.
All'interno della struttura è organizzato tutto alla perfezione; personale gentilissimo alla reception, ski room molto spaziosa e zona rifiuti molto organizzata.
L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato, come da descrizione, è piccolo, ma molto ben organizzato.
Anche a livello cucina e stoviglie, non manca nulla.
Su richiesta, è possibile mettere l'auto nel garage del residence.
