Tolle Wohnung geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage war super, sehr zentral und die Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert.
Das relativ neue Gebäude liegt an der Einfahrtsstrasse nach Ascona und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage. Der Verkehrslärm stört überhaupt nicht und die Wohnung bietet einen schönen Blick ins Grüne (Mittag-Abendsonne). Sie ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich und nicht via Schlüsselbox. Die Übergabe verlief problemlos und schnell (trotz verpasster Terminvereinbarung) und der persönliche Kontakt war sympathisch.
Es ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Es hat genug Platz und es ist alles da, was man braucht.
