Oliver was great. He was immediately responsive to us when we had an issue with the 1st apartment. He took care of moving us to a different one quickly! Similar 2br apartment, just wish it had the fireplace and tub like the original one, but overall we loved the stay and Zermatt was amazing.

The apartment can be reached by a flat road from the main station which was easier to walk with kids. Every morning, we have a lovely walk to the ski rental shop before heading to Sunnegga on this flat road. There is also a nearby bus stop on the opposite side of the road with a free bus service. The apartment came with toys and games and was well equipped with various cooking sauces and condiments. The heating was excellent with an additional fireplace if needed in winter. It was clean with 2 bathrooms and the decor was modern and pretty! The view of Matterhorn from the balcony is breathtaking, especially when the first light hit the peak. We really enjoyed our stay here and it felt like home. Even the neighbour was friendly! Highly recommended!

Our family had such a great time in Zermatt. The Matterhorn view and the big and bright apartment was stunning. We had everything what we needed, it was very clean and cozy. We appreciated to have two bathrooms. The bus stop is so close what is very comfortable, you don't need to walk a long time with all the ski gear. Oliver is a great host! We will definitely come again.
