Lage war ausgezeichnet, toller Ausblick, fussläufig zum Badesee und zu Supermärkten. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien aller Art ist weit überdurchschnittlich. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Fewo, man darf sich nur vom Haus nicht abschrecken lassen.
