- We were greeted by two very friendly ladies. They showed us all equipment in the flat, gave us a free parking card to leave our car anywhere in the village, we got home baked cake from them as a welcome gift. We felt like visiting our own grandma. Very welcoming, very warm. - Basic food and drinks and cooking necessities were ready for us in the kitchen - coffee, tea, but also pasta with a tomato sauce, chocolate, snacks, and some water and soda in the fridge. - The lake is just opposite the street with nice access to the water. - It's a bit on the expensive side, but the quality of the host and the extra things ready for us were worth it! - Dogs are allowed and welcome. There were bowls ready for the dog. - The accommodation is very spacious. More than I expected. Staying in a 500 years old building is a nice experience. - Both bedrooms have air condition.

Such a quiet location on Lake Lugano. Owner has thought about everything and even baked a beautiful fruit tart to welcome us. Short drives away to Lugano or little towns. Perfect location and parking available

Historically 500 yrs of building. In front of lake Lugano.. nice view.. very calm. Owner is very generous friendly & helpful. Welcome us with jem tart n fruits..
