Staff were very knowledgeable about local attractions and the best times to avoid the crowds. Getting the keys was quick and easy, and having a shuttle driver take us to the chalet and show us how to get there was very helpful.

Location was good, pretty central to Wengen. A steep little hill up into town but not too far and the holiday company will shuttle you up in a van if you want. We walked though which was fine, even with ski boots on. The apartment is very nice. Great little kitchen with everything you need to cook, nicely decorated and very clean. The little terrace outside is lovely, quite private and gets the sun in the afternoon. A nice quiet corner of Wengen but only a 5 min walk from the station.
