Enough space, friendly and flexible staff, felt like in a movie with this chalet :)
Information supplied was sufficient and staff answered the phone when we had a problem with collecting the key.
Beds were comfortable and the kitchen seemed well appointed with utensils etc. Inside, house was easy enough to keep warm.
the property was clean and comfortable and very quiet. instructions were clear and communication with the owner was easy.
very quiet location. 7 min walk to supermarket (coop) and 10 min walk to railway up to the mountains. the nearby untersee was also very nice for the kids. for us it was perfect!
