The place was fantastic. We had the best view of the mountains and the valley with our private balcony. We highly recommend this place as it was very roomy and very, very cozy.
Short walk into the busy town of Grindelwald (bus available and close by, but we chose to walk); comfortable beds; great kitchen with everything you need to cook including basics (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea); quiet property; garage (we had a car for trips to Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken, but you can easily take a train); we ate on the amazing porch for all of our meals; got in late and had to contact the owner about an issue and he responded immediately.
Scenic location about 20min walk from main train station. The local bus has a stop close by but only runs till 7pm. The chalet is cozy and as described in the listing. The view of Eiger from balcony is excellent. The host is very responsive and has all the information needed. Overall a good stay and perfect for family of four.
The property comes with exceptional view from the balcony , very well equipped. The kitchen was well maintained , apartment was kid friendly and had everything one might need during the stay .
