Das Appartement ist geräumig und ruhig gelegen, der Balkon bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die Engadiner Bergwelt und Schloss Tarasp. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Alle technischen Geräte sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Sehr praktisch ist die zugehörige Garage. Geringe Entfernung zum Schwimmbad und zur Bushaltestelle. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner der AFIDA Verwaltung.
Das Haus steht an einem sonnigen Hang in einem ruhigen Quartier und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. In ein paar Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss das Zentrum von Scuol. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, bestens ausgerüstet und sehr hell und heimelig. Die Mitarbeiter von AFIDA Immobilien sind sehr kundenorientiert und alles ist bestens organisiert.
