The location was convenient to all that we needed or wanted to do. The property was just as advertised and we were satisfied with the accommodations. Check-in and check-out was easy and keys were available upon our arrival.
Great location, walkable to both Interlaken West and Ost. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
It was quite the experience to stay in a 222 yr old historic chalet, especially since it snowed during our stay! The chalet is fitted with radiators so we were warm and comfortable. The kitchen is compact but has all the key essentials provided so it was a good opportunity to be able to eat in as Switzerland proved very expensive for the Aussie dollar.
The host Matt is very responsive and friendly!

CityChalet was a charming stay in Interlaken. The host was communitive and welcoming. We received detailed instructions upon our arrival that were very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect!! The room itself was was clean and spacious; the kitchenette included utensils and some pans and, the refrigerator was very cold. Highlights of the stay: reserved parking for our rental car, local brochures that listed museums/activities, and a guest card for Interlaken that (once our information was entered on the website) gave us discounts and some locations and access to public transportation.
