Very clean. Location is very central.
Apartment is very comfortable. Maybe a little smaller than what it looks in the pictures, but it was spacious for a family of four adults.
Building has a lift. Small, but useful for bags.
Be aware the washer is only washer and does not dry clothes completely. Anyway, it was very convenient for us.
We stayed in Apt#3. Loved the location. My friends(married couple) stayed in the bedroom and I took the very comfortable sleep sofa complete with a super fluffy comforter. There were also a small selection of books in various languages, close to the dining table for leisure reading. A nice touch. Everything was clean and neat. The owners stayed in contact via booking.com, so all the instructions were very clear. On a side note, we highly recommend Fondue Beizli Chur for a great meal.
We enjoyed the location. We could easily walk to wherever we needed to go. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and as a bonus had a washer and dryer. We had no problem retrieving the key from the lock box.
Excellent space very clean wish we didn’t have to leave for Bernini Express.
We were only there one night but the home was well outfitted and very comfortable. The lockbox was easy to use and the communication with the owner was great.
