An all around delightful experience! I didn’t have a car and it was only a 30 minute train ride to the airport or Zurich

The staff was wonderful to our family !!
Everyone was very friendly, the hotel was very romantic. We loved it and will come back. It’s the perfect gateway for a couple.
The rooms are very nicely decorated and the bedding is super comfortable. The building is very clean.
Beware there is very little parking option close the hotel and be prepared to climb as the restaurant and hotels bedrooms are layered up on many floors.
I would have appreciated to have tea/coffee option in the bedroom as I left early and the breakfast was not available yet.
This medieval hotel is simply beautiful - understated and elegant. The staff are very friendly and sensitive, and the food including the breakfast is good quality.
