Everything was spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen which was great as we were visiting during the "off" season and many restaurants were closed. Lovely views from the terrace.
Yes, keys along with pictures from the host made it easy. Silvia was going to meet us but we arrived later than expected.

Great property- the view, the kitchen and comfort were excellent. I couldn’t believe all the excellent reviews but now I know personally that this is the place to book. I will be looking forward to returning to this place all year. Host was delightful and great communicator. Easy to Navigate from station to apartment on arrival and we found ourselves discovering spots the whole time until we left because of its location. Do not skip Zermatt or this gem if it’s available to book n
