Beatrice was a great host. She greeted us and showed us around the apartment when we arrived and checked in by email in the middle of our stay to make sure everything was going well.

The apartment was comfortable and homey. We loved the location, quiet and away from the downtown, but still a close walk. And waking up to a view of the Matterhorn each day was a wonderful bonus!

The building is alongside a running water stream with views of the Matterhorn. A 7-10 min refreshing walk from the zermatt station. Beatrice is an exceptional host . Very very helpful . The apartment has everything a family with kids would need. The house had perfect temperature control . 2 beds in 1 room and an additional bed in the living room. Kitchen is well stocked with all appliances. Hot water is available 24 hours. Right next door is a small area for kids to play in the snow which our son loved. Value for money. Cant think of any negatives

Haus Pirata is very cosy, well located and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are a family of four (2 adult children) and it was a great place for us to base ourselves for four nights. Beatrice is a wonderful host. Thanks

The place was better than the photos. We had good sleep and was able to see Matterhorn from the living room and balcony. The host, Beatrice was friendly and thoughtful. Over all, we had a relaxing and memorable stay. The elevator was a definite perk for our heavy luggage lugging.
