Clean and perfect location. Host had everything well prepared and even had a plate of chocolates out!

Where to start with things my wife and I loved about Haus Rosa: the personal letter from the owner welcoming us, ease at which we could come and go, the complimentary chocolates, the appliances in the apartment (a fridge, stove, microwave, TV, great Internet, the comfy bed, a nice sized shower with great water pressure and complimentary shampoo and bodywash, and washer and dryer machine), the view of the town and Matterhorn, the location of the apartment in relation to the train stations (Zermatt, Zermatt GGB, and talstation that leads to Sunnegga etc.,), as well as the main shopping street with the Coop and restaurants, everything was just perfect about this apartment except for the lack of a fan and the slight trouble we had with the washer and dryer (read the didn't like for more details). If we ever find ourselves in Zermatt again we would be looking for Haus Rosa to stay in and we think others will greatly enjoy their stay as well!
